RoofTop Terrace Design has become a unique focus at FZAD.
The design off rooftops with examples such as Antonio Gaudi featuring his Casa Mila in 1906 to the modernist Corbusier featuring his United ’Habitation – ‘Cité Radieuse’, Marseille completed in 1952 offer inspiration for the rooftop venues that now frequent New York City rooftops.
Our designs have taken us from the 32nd floor apartment skyscraper to the hurricane uplift zone in Miami Florida.
RoofTop Terrace Design combines the collaborative spirit of FZAD as the architect, our Firm 6 as the interior Designer and furniture and our firm BCO as the building department expediter.
We can design the spaces, prepare the drawings, file with the building departments. therefore offering a complete service down to the placement of the furniture.
