Frederic Zonsius, AIA/ President
Frederic Zonsius graduated from Cornell Architectural School in 1980, opening his office in Manhattan in 1986, and has since owned his private architectural and interior design firm with his partner, Pamela Zonsius, interior designer. The pair have completed a number of retail and residential projects ranging in scope and complexity. Through the firm's construction management division, Frederic has set up systems of purchasing and project management to offer a "wrap around" level of service to his clients.
Pamela Zonsius, Lead Designer
Pamela Zonsius is a designer and graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising of Los Angeles. Throughout her career, first as a fashion designer and now as an interior designer, she has worked specifically on custom projects. Throughout her career, Pamela has traveled the globe for both inspiration and resources. With each project, Pamela hand selects each finish and piece of furniture to ensure that the client receives exactly what they want, while remaining on time and budget.
Marios Drakos, Project Manager/ Architect
Marios, a native of Athens, Greece, graduated from Democritus University in 2006, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Later in 2009, he earned his Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Pratt institute. Since then, he has worked on numerous projects ranging from new construction to preservation and renovation projects. Throughout his career he has gained experience with all phases of Construction, from the early design phases to production of construction documents & specifications, filing with NYC agencies (DOB, LPC), project & construction administration.
Currently an Associate AIA member, working towards getting his NY State license.
Olga Domracheva, Accounting Manager
Olga joins the FZAD team with experience in corporate accounting, finance and marketing analyses. She graduated from Pacific National University (formerly Khabarovsk State Technical University) with a degree in Engineering & Economics.
Gabrielle Del Rosario earned her Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Construction Management from Pratt Institute in 2023 with highest honors. As a junior architect, she is assisting in all phases of a project, from drafting to working directly with clients.
Jesse Aguirre, Drafting
Jesse earned his bachelors degree in Architecture and Design from La Grancolombia University in 2022, born and raised in Colombia has allowed him to incorporate rich and sustainable methods of design throughout his career for which he is still growing assisting in project design, drafting and modeling at FZAD
Anastasiya Kandinsky, Interior Designer
Anastasiya received her Bachelors of Construction and Civil Engineering from Ukrainian Engineering Academy and right now pursuing her second degree in Interior Design from Fashion Institute of Technology. She is assisting Frederic Zonsius with all aspects of projects, providing administrative and clerical support, as well as assisting Interior Designer - Pamela Zonsius with design purchasing, estimating project cost and handling correspondence.
