Spec House

FZAD was retained as Architect, Designer and Construction Manager for the speculative home on an acre of property in Scarsdale. FZAD provided design-build services for this home from the ground up. The home features over 6,000 square feet of living space, outdoor grounds, swimming pool and a 200 foot driveway over a bridge. Construction started October 1998 and was completed June of 1999. The design style of the home is a mixture of the grand homes of the Tudor Scale with beautiful detailing and the lightness of Georgian Architecture and the Adam style.
