FZAD completed the renovation of this three story Victorian house in San Francisco, California. The design concept was to maintain the historical integrity of the moldings, trim and interior spaces while intermixing modern millwork. The exterior, as well as the basement, first, and second floors, were part of the renovation. The client Bridget Walker, PHD, and two time book writer worked directly with Frederic Zonsius to design and build her home for her family along with the contractor. This is the third project Fred has done with Bridget.
